stayed in one bedroom garden bungalow(aircon upstairs bedroom)open down stairs), one bedroom all enclosed (air conditioned, was great when stinking hot in November)and a few days in a one bedroom with pool......
The one bedroom garden, suited us fine, not as "flash" as the newly renovated ones, but gave the feeling of "the more relaxed, original" Bali style....might not suit if in the middle of the humid wet season.
The Manager and ALL the staff are fantastic.."ask and you shall receive", I think is their motto.......
Choice of breakfasts, great happy hour,we (and others staying there)found the meals offered (Asian, Italian to steaks) were VERY good and VERY reasonably priced if you didn't feel like going out......the in house massage provided one of the best massages I've EVER had ( can't wait until next trip, not staying there but booked in already).
More good to excellent Restaurants within a couple of hundred metres...Pearl / Cafe Jadi / Double Six Corner / Warung Asia / Sang Rai / Mozerallas ? / Warung Murah ( good cheap local), and then you have all the great Beach Front Restaurants and Beach Bars about another 5 - 10 minutes away.
Check out Trip Advisor " home away from home" for our report.
