We returned from Bali about 3 weeks ago and used Travel Insurance Direct. A few days ago, my husband received an email from Covermore Insurance with an attached Certificate of Insurance and policy number. We have NEVER used Covermore previously.
Being the sceptic that I am, I contacted Covermore, who confirmed that this is indeed a fraudulent email, not to open the attachment and to activate anti virus software.
When we looked at the email, I remembered that there was a discussion about this a while ago on the Forum so it is a timely reminder- if in doubt, delete!
