that's why jetstar is crap 4 star, between them and Virgin they cancel and fill their planes to suit, nothing you can do about it as it's in the T's & C's in ticket. Personally i pay the extra bit if any most times its not and Fly Garuda, sad when and Australian airline can't supply a good service and a developing Country, beats them hands down.
