I personally have never in 6 trips had a belly problem but the first trip I ever went on the other 3 adults in our group did get a bad case- the next trip we all took Travelan and were all ok (same group of people) my husband and I have taken it ever since and touch wood haven't gotten sick at all so I do swear by it!
