During the rainy season winds come mostly from the west, so planes start and land on runway 27 (same runway bit using it from east to west. Approach is over Sanur)
During the rest of the year winds are mostly from the east. So they use runway 09. (Same runway, but using it from west to east)
Runway 27 means 270 degrees (west). Runway 09 means 90 degrees (east).
