we liked that this hotel was right in the middle of Ubud, close to the soccer field on Monkey Forest Road. It's also very quiet and set amongst the rice fields and hard to believe that you just walk out the driveway and you are on Monkey Forest road and right in the middle of all the restaurants, shops and middle of Ubud. Highly recommend this hotel as a good value place to stay in central Ubud.
