Hi there

Depending on how far you want to walk... but if you to in towards Kuta Square there's a bank as you get near the square just at the art markets on left hand side of road.

Also, there's a bank to the left hand side of the entrance to Matahari too.

When the $ is good, it's sometimes just as easy to change at the hotel, you're probably looking at a dollar less or something.
