The change in flights CAN be confusing, you will have to go through Indonesian customs and immigration and pay your VOA in Jakarta, then you collect your bags and are usually led upstairs to domestic. We were directed to a counter where we handed over our luggage tags and they arranged for bags to be put on next flight. Just ask if you get confused.
