literally means mixed vegetables. These can include chinese cabbage, broccoli,carrots, mushrooms,ginger, garlic. The sauce is made using oyster sauce and chinese wine and you can add chicken or seafood if liked.
One of my favourite dishes in Bali is Ayam Pelalah which is shredded chicken with chillies and lime.
I always have it at Waring Eny.
