for those wondering about this place we have just returned from 2 weeks staying there & will definitely stay again.
great staff, very clean, spa was great-well i think it was,while getting a back massage they put me to sleep very quickly and apparently i was snoring a bit too loud for the missus! their laughing didn't wake me either.
breakfast was standard fare that you find at most other hotels but staff made sure to greet each guest & offer tea or coffee as well as to see if you want eggs & if so how would you like them to cook them
stayed in superior king overlooking the pool, large room with aussie power point, fridge that kept the bintang just above freezing(which i loved), good size bathroom, a/c kept the room at a comfortable 22-24 deg. a 42" tv & dvd player on wall.
cleaners kept the room neat & tidy to the point of rolling up the cords for the chargers everyday.
pool was always clean with enough towels & sun-beds for anyone who wanted them & pool bar staff were always ready to get you another bintang
the only fault i could find was that the wi-fi (which cost 25000rp/hour) was down for a few days. i know it is no major problem but as i said this was the only fault i could find.
overall a great place to stay & when we stay in the kuta/legian area again it will definitely be there
