I am so over Virgin. We paid for baggage not realising that they now include it. So I rang thenm to obtain a refund as we do not need 2 lots of baggage allowance. We never received a refund but just happened to print another itnirary and noticed that there appears to be no luggage allownace now. So rang call centre and got a rude lady (got the australian call centre) this woman was incredibly rude and very unhelpful and more or less told me to stop wasting her time!!!! When I asked to speak to supervisor she quickly changed her tune and said she was having a bad day! Not my problem lady, no need to be rude. I deal with rude people on a regular basis in my job and just have to suck it up and take it. Anyway I rang again today and got a foreign call centre, this lady was so much more helpful and noticed straight away that our baggage had been cancelled including our included luggage so if we had not checked would have found out when we got to airport. She re-instated it and re-send our itinerary and also said she would look into why we have not been refunded our money that we paid. Why could the rude lady not do this when I rang? Took about 90 secodns for the second lady to do this. Have really gone off Virgin lately but being in SA we don't have many options to get to Bali.
