I have done 2 classes, enjoyed them both
Bamboo Shoots Sanur , Irma is lovely, small size group, plenty of cooking involved, casual, fun and a really good. Market tour in a modern clean market , $45 included pick up, tour, breakfast, food tasting and a recipe folder
Paon Ubud,lovely Puspa teacher extraordinaire, , really enjoyed learning from Wayan about the family rice padi, , plenty of class involvement , really enjoyed the sit down lunch following, cost $35 ish including puck up,market tour, lunch, recipe folder
Have cooked quite a few dishes from both classes , easy and authentic in taste
