It is run by the british Consul , who by the way is normaly drunk and British freinds of mine can't stand him. They remember a few years ago after the Bali bombing that he and his brother each picked up an OBE. God knows why !! and then he had the nerve to use it on the front page of the local newspaper to promote his restaurant.
