DPS to Flores and Komodo

Looking to go there in April or May and am wondering about flying with Merpati or Lion Air.....and visiting Komodo and Rinca islands. wondering which is the best airline to use and any suggestions to see and do on these islands apart from the dragons, also the best places to snorkel and suggestions for places to stay.
