It is ok to give $100 US for a group of 4 as there is no paper work required . You go to counter and ask for how many visa required then go to Immigration. I normally go and buy 2 while the wife lines up at immigration.Saves a lot of time. Don't get money changed to US if you do not have any , should be able to give $105 or $110 AUD if from Australia and get change in rupiah.If you have already got US use it as it quicker than waiting on change.
