We stayed here about 18 months ago with 3 families and found it great :) loads of space for the kids to run around and about 5 mins to the beach? We'd cut through the jayakarta to get to beach. It's kinda right next to poco loco the Mexican restaurant (yum!) the owner was a bit strange esp with the money but all in all it was a great holiday and a good place to stay! Would stay again just double check the fees from the owner first lol
