We stayed at the Blue Moon Villas a couple of years ago and stayed in the Blue star Penthouse. This hotel is built into the side of a hill. As such you have great views of the beach, but there are many steps. Up to our room was a steep spiral staircase. Not sure which rooms the apartments are but I would expect some steps.
The hotel is not in one of the small villages along the coast but between them. How ever it is possible to walk to the ones near by. We had our own car, but many of the restaurants will pick you up or drive you back to the Villas.
