Beggars on the beach

I've just returned from S & S and I have NEVER seen anything like as many beggars on the beach as I did today. literally hundreds, with constant pestering and hassling.
About time the police did another round up I think.
What is worst is those kids are learning that bules will give them money for nothing... the potential consequences are awful.
