Do they want an actual Balinese priest and traditional ceremony, which would probably be expensive, or just a sort of ritual send off before scattering the ashes in the sea? By boat? From the shore? From a surf board? Not in the ocean at all? Don't know what the law is about scattering ashes on land as they normally put them in water.
I am aware of a memorial which was organised a couple of months ago and apparently went very very well which of course would be much cheaper. I have a contact for the organiser of this particular ceremony which I will happily email to you if you click on "show my registered email address" field which appears above the post a followup panel.
I imagine it would be nice if the stress of organisation was taken away and handled for them.
