I cut and pasted from the Forum restaurants Phone numbers and locations, from JBR's then glued in a small pocket book. some were even in handwriting.
I seperated them in area's such as Turban, Ledian. Padma seminyak, Ubud etc.
Depending where we were and if we wanted a meal out would come the book and we would decide.
Also had other area's in the book for shops etc and other locations we wanted to visit from the forum. One Taxi driver did not understand us properly but he used our bali phone after we dialed the shop for him and was able to get exact directions.
We add to the list each year and also enter out thoughts on each of the restaurants.
Was a lot better than pieces of paper. I think it is much better than a map which would lack detaails.
