I know it is just a matter of opinion but... This was by far the worst meal had in Bali on our last trip in November. Singapore mud crab at $35 Aus. Great big empty shell with a tiny little crab underneath about the size of a cricket ball, smothered in a delicious but totally inappropriate honey and soy sauce which completely overpowered the delicate flavour of the crab (what you could find of it). Warm water mellon juice. An awful band playing and then when they thankfully took a break, the "background" music, although good, was so loud we had to shout to hear each other over it. Could not get out of there fast enough.
Best were once again, Blue Fin in Kuta, The Pearl, Queens of India in Tuban, Massimos in Sanur, Mozzarella by the sea in Legian and Padma Street. Can't wait for March!
