thanks for reading! how funny. I totally understand, we have been coming to the Novotel for years, and always the kids are fine, I think this time there were just too many for the pool size as you mentioned and of course they do provide the balls and boards to play on so its no surprise that they use them. It was all good in the end - we could well have crossed the road ourselves if we wanted a quieter pool. Hope you enjoy the Novotel as much as we do.
