Aqua ear is a preventative so will not fix an ear infection. Its primary function is to remove water in the ear to stop the onset of an infection especially in humid conditions.
Its the first thing i buy to take to Bali as my daughter has had 2 ear infections in Bali before we started using aqua ear.
Her twin brother has never had it though.
Hope you get her sorted before you need to fly home.
