the beach at Sanur and l am sure that it was chilli and butter. If l was you l would finely chop a red chilli and cook it gently in a little butter with salt to taste. When its cook combine with more butter and put it the fridge, it will infuse with the butter and could be smired over the hot corn cob.....yummy...good luck with the little one! :) michele
