We had an 8 foot x 1-1/2 foot sign made for our gate a few years ago, had it done by one of the little places in Jl Padma Utara, just in from Jl Padma but I am fairly sure any of them will do it, just give them a bit of time.
Make sure they use hardwood and check it for borer then wrap in bubble wrap for journey.
We paid about $20 to $25 then but didn't really bargain.
Looks great after the gold faded a bit !
