hi, from what i can remember seminyak is not really a surfing beach, there are waves at kuta called airport left and right. if you're after blue clear water id recommend a drive down to uluwatu! amazing beaches! not sure about the weather but from what ive heard its fine just a few stormy showers and then it clears up or is a little bit cloudy
