1. Does not matter on where you are from to have a legal wedding here you need to be of the same denomination, ie: both Catholic, and have a letter from both countries to state that you are free to marry, ie; no other spouses left somewhere.

I can't organise a wedding for you but looks like you have a great company. I do know of an amazing venue, it's a privately owned villa but can cater for 60-180 people for an event and they don't charge extra for a "wedding", the villa is sometimes available to rent as well, can fit up to 20 people. It's on a cliff overlooking the ocean at Uluwatu.
