Have to agree that the lounges are good value but last time we were there we had a verysimilar experience. Well oiled loud people, inconsiderate people using two seats for their luggage and sleeping over three more and to top it off the promised call for our flight never came. Having ranted on though, I've got to say lounge or restaurant, they are both preferable to sitting on those horrible grey chairs.
