Individual rafts down some rapids and river, with a flying fox in the middle, we enjoyed it more than white water rafting, which was great fun too. Minimal steps as they drive you most of the way down and back and quad bike you the remainder of the way, heaps of guides and they make it such a fun easy ride. Personally if you choose this option tubing first then Quads, closed in shoes required, I have river shoes from woollies $5 that I now take for this or old joggers that are ready to be left behind! Also sunnies or you can buy goggles there. Crocs also ok don't take anything you love they could get very muddy! You get some rapids and little falls, great thrill, follow instructions its too easy i think everyone except my miss 16 and i fell out, no one got hurt, just exceiting and at every drop there is a guide at top instructing one at bottom directing, too easy if you listen! Highly recommend as mentioned earlier have done 3 times and will go again, amazing look at country side, fun and adventure, take some small notes to give to village kids. My miss 16 loved it so much more as a rider than 18 months ago as a passenger. She is only now doing her logs so it is a really easy ride, buggys in the lead so quads can only travel at the speed of the leader and there are guides in front and rear so any probs quickly seen too, occasional break down and they fi or swap with you, can't emphasise how great this experience is! So so worth the time and money, friend I did it with my 2nd time was also her return visit and also her 18 yr old sons 2nd time, repeat business does indicate how enjoyable we found it. Worth doing from Ubud if staying there if not travel time is still worth it. All newbies on our 3rd visit and they all loved it. And felt absolutely worth the cost and that was peak prices in August. I would love to do it in the rain one day, have been in the wet season, still no rain so they wet down practice track when we got back! Soooo much fun! I am 40+ just not quite a grown up yet.
