the "bea dan cuak" (customs guys) may or may not open your wrapped gifts. You won't know until you arrive. They have every right to inspect your items so if you are concerned don't wrap them until you are in your hotel or accommodation.
My personal experience is that I have been let through in the past and on other occasions I have had all my items inspected. It all depends on the day.
