we stayed there last June in a one bedroom villa, and loved it.
We booked direct with them at - http://www.heliconiavilla.com/index.htm and had no problems. Sri wanted our credit card details to secure the booking. They also do airport pickups.
We booked a one bed, two storey villa, but were upgraded to the one bedroom villa.
The only difference was the bedroom was on the ground floor.
Both had their own private pools, and beautiful private gardens,
big open lounge with kitchen overlooking the pool, and semi outdoor bathroom.
The villa's are excellent, as is the breakfast and afternoon tea brought to your villa.
The location is perfect, down a prvate lane off Jl Laksmana.
