The last time I was in Bali for Nyepi,approx 2 years ago, the effigies assembled in Legian St, from Bemo uptowards Melasti, and then went thru the streets, don't know names and ended up at beach near where the cemetery is, just down from Bali Garden Hotel. Worth the stroll down Legian st to see the ogahs and talk to the people who built them. I will be there again 2013 especially to the the parade, though one year the parade was actually cancelled because of elections.
