First night in Kuta, stopped at local Mini Mart. Tired after flight and didn't realise til we got back to hotel that price should have been 67000 NOT 87000. Damn! Next day, same Mini Mart, price was 45000, didn't have exact change, so gave him 55000 and said I need 10000 change. He puts cash in till and says BYE !!! had to ask several times for my 10000 change, Oh so sorry, mistake....But instead of opening til to get he, he opens a drawer beside the till and gets change from a huge wad of notes......his "extra" profits from the day I'm guessing. OK, so it's only $1 or $2 but it all adds up. ALWAYS ask for a receipt, it helps keep them honest
