We are in Kuta and every time they have a cremation the next morning when I walk the rubish is everywhere it is definately the locals. I look at the signs please dispose of rubbish in the bins. But it is quite obvious they don't READ THEM. They have just had a whole day of celebrations on Friday and that is all pilled up on the beach to burn. So much for the pollution!! I think some more education wouldn't go astray.
