Hi Cazza, we just returned from staying there also.
We had booked the basic superior room but got a free upgrade to a pool room. I'm sure you could fit in a rollaway bed in these rooms as they had a big armchair and footstool/table that could be moved. We had a room right near the second pool which i would request again as it was very quiet and relaxing here. Our door was 2metres from the pools edge.
