I've offerd an opinion on what I considered to be an average retaurant, that was run by average hosts that served average food. That's not a character attack, it's an opinion offred by a discerning diner. It's called a review.
In my time I've eaten out a lot. Owned a restaurant for eight years, been a head chef, so I've kinda got a clue.
