over run the place in November = 3 weeks ago. Drinking from glass in the pool. Noise around the pool was bad. They changed the hours to extend time for the pool for extra hours to suit the schoolies. A couple we were talking to complained and were told. More arriving next week = get used to it'. I did not bother to complain then. It will soon be another Bounty. It's a shame. Do not book during school holiday periods. Never going back. We paid extra for supperior rooms but to no avail.
