Horrible customer service.
I had contacted them numerous times for 3 international loads that wasn't received but they already had taken my money. I emailed them a few times with no response at all. Also the receiver still hasn't received the loads I sent. Don't bother contacting customer support through email because they will ignore you. Don't use this service!
