28 Degrees Card - $$$ not covered

I have been advised by GE 28 Degrees, that in the event of your card being lost/stolen & then fraudulently used they do not cover any cash, which you have loaded,
Ie. If you load $5000 onto the card & a thief withdraws this from your A 28 Degrees account you cannot claim reimbursement. GE will reimburse any Credit Purchases from a Stolen/lost card providing you notify them of the loss at the first opportunity.
