2 years ago at a bar. Can't remember the name though. Its about 100m from the corner of Jalan Padma. They had stuff happening all day. There was as sign out the front with quite a few things listed and in the early evening they had 2up games going. Pretty sure that isn't a regular occurance so although it has no significance to them they still entertain the idea.
