If by south you mean south of the Hyatt, I would definitely recommend Charming.
If you mean even further south (eg Jalan Cemara) I would recommend either Mezzanine (the roadside restaurant of the Puri Santrian) or Caramel (which is a couple of hotels north on the same side of the road).
All these places are considered higher-end and worthy of an anniversary dinner in my opinion.
