We were in UK 2006 & ended up bringing about 400 pounds home - new notes. Took them to Bali last year and no-one would change them! No changer, no bank - was as thoyugh we were tryibg to cash in rocks! - kept on saying "Old money, no good"? Huh? Have the Brits changed currency or something? Just saying ...
