Told me that generally the rule of thumb is if its in a babies bottle it is ok (because they are not permitted to judge if a child is too old to drink from a bottle or not). If the child drinks from a cup (even a training cup) then they are considered not to be a baby. Hope this helps. You could always take bottles and decant into a cup?
