we booked through Travel Online and paid AU $200 per night for 2 people for an Executive suite (with up to 2 kids staying for free in the same room). Includes buffet breakfast, a 60 min massage for 2 in the Spa, a main course each for 2 at the Deck restaurant, return transfers, free entry to Finn's Beach Club at Uluwatu (where Semara has a villa complex) and you get a one-use 15% discount voucher which can be used at the Spa or the restaurant.
There are not lots of stairs, but you would need ground floor rooms. The hotel layout is rectangular with a central path running down the middle. The path is not cobblestones but it is a bit rough (when pushing Miss 6 in the stroller last night it was vibrating!).
The pools are both easily accessible with steps (no ladders). There is the main pool and also a smaller pool in the "quiet relaxation zone" where you won't find any kids!
Although I've loved staying up this way, I'm not sure whether this area would be right for your 86 year old Mum due to the lack of footpaths - unless she wasn't intending to go out walking nearby. There are no footpaths at all down either side of Jl Petitinget. Seminyak footpaths are shocking in general, even down Jl Laksmana which is a main thoroughfare. Sanur could be a better option for her - we found the footpaths far better for pushing a stroller there & the path which runs the length of the beach is paved & easy to walk, ride a bike or push a stroller on (or walker if your Mum uses one). Might be worth considering.
