Int,use your booking, or reservation number, not your ticket numbers. When I phoned Garuda this morning, they did admit to having more computer glitches.
bobbb - the 1 hour daylight saving time change was done ages ago, this glitch is affecting the flights ex DPS. They were moved 4hrs 05min forward some time ago, which put them leaving 10pm the day before, and Garuda went crazy and moved lots of passengers by 28.05 hours instead. We got it fixed ages ago, but it was "unfixed" this morning. They then tried to fix things for us again, and put us on a wait list for the flgiht we had originally book and been confirmed on.
Things are now fixed once again and we are now back on the flight we originally booked. I have printed out the correct booking details, and cross my fingers we'll not get mucked around again.
