I agree with a visit to Tootsies and either coffee at Luhtus nearby and lunch or walk or bicycle along the pathway - lots to see and lovely. Cant recommend Izakaya as had worst meal of last trip there which was a vegie curry and the chicken curry got not many points either but the signature cocktail was delicious. Friends love it and had recommended it but not for me, also think it was where I got badly bitten by sand flies or noseeums at night and suffered for weeks with itchy rash. While at Luhtus you may like a massage or pedi or manicure or hair something from Wayan at Ayu Spa next to Luhtus. Or a hair spa each is lovely = hair treatment and neck and shoulder massage.
I think choose food along the beach path that appeals as there are dozens of options and many are 'feet in the sand looking at the sea' places. If you are still in Sanur for a second meal try somewhere on Jalan Tamblingan, at night in particular - maybe Mona Lisa.
Hardy's three storey supermarket has lots of things at fixed prices.
Lots of small shops for silver jewellery and so on at cheap prices back near the road that leads off Tamblingan to Luhtus.
If you get in a green bemo along Tamblingan it is about 5,000 rp each for pretty much the whole street, get out when you want to stop and look at something.
enjoy, Jan
