l use worldcare, you can structure your travel insurance as you like, l have just done mine for 29 days,unlimited medical & cancellations also nill excess total cost $137.28 for 2 people. l always have nill excess as one year l had to visit the doctor twice & lost $200 on my claim. worldcare underwritten by allianz
