Unfortunately l didnt call beforehand and as I was in Denpasar got the driver to swing past, they werent answering the phone and we couldnt find the place, this was in August, so l dont know if they are still in business. Hope you have better luck, please post if you do find them as l would love to know what they offer as im abit addicted to the odd piece of amber jewellery michele
