yearly multi trip policy and had quite a large claim in March (I think) after a little matter of hospitalisation in Kasih Ibu Hospital for internal bleeding. I had for the first time taken no excess cover and it all went very smoothly. When time to renew I rang to check about how that was going to go after the claim and all was absolutely fine.
