are after day to day supplies there are plenty of supermarkets all around tuban,kuta,legian etc there are so many hotels to choose from near airport and beyond, start googling hotels around tuban kuta legian ubud and you will have lots of websites offering accommodation
i always book online and never had a problem with the well known sites
you can get spa time most places in kuta legian tuban semiyak sanur etc
